Effective date: July 30, 2026

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of 디자이너스 주식회사 (the "Company") and users in connection with the services provided through the MOODI MOODI online store (the "Store").

1."Store" means the virtual place of business the Company establishes using information and communication facilities to offer goods or services to users.
2."User" means a person who accesses the Store and receives services under these Terms.

1.The Company posts these Terms on the Store so users can easily review them.
2.The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law, including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions.
3.When these Terms are amended, the effective date and reason will be announced at least 7 days before taking effect, or at least 30 days before if the change is unfavorable to users.

1.The Company provides product information, executes purchase agreements, and delivers goods once a purchase agreement is concluded.
2.If a product is out of stock or its specifications change, the Company will notify users of the reason.

1.A user places a purchase request by selecting a product and entering their name, contact information, shipping address, and payment method.
2.A contract is formed when the Company's confirmation notice reaches the user.
3.The Company may decline to accept a purchase request if a product is out of stock, if the information provided contains an error, or for other reasonable cause.

1.Payment may be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other payment methods offered by the Company.
2.Payments are processed through a payment gateway, and the Company does not directly store card numbers or other payment credentials.

1.Shipping method, cost, and delivery time follow the Store's shipping policy.
2.If delivery is delayed for a reason attributable to the Company, the Company will notify the user of the reason and the expected delivery date.

1.A user may withdraw a subscription within 7 days of receiving the product.
2.Withdrawal may be restricted if the product was lost or damaged due to the user's fault, or if its value has decreased significantly through use.
3.If a product materially differs from its advertised description, a user may withdraw within 3 months of receiving it, or within 30 days of discovering the discrepancy.
4.Specific procedures and who bears the shipping cost follow the Store's exchange and refund policy.

The Company protects users' personal information in accordance with applicable law, and processing follows the Store's Privacy Policy.

1.The Company strives to provide the service continuously and reliably in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.
2.The Company promptly addresses opinions or complaints raised by users when found to be justified.

1.Users must provide accurate information when placing a purchase request.
2.Users must not misuse another person's information or interfere with the Store's operation.

1.The Company strives to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and to remedy any resulting harm.
2.Any lawsuit arising between the Company and a user is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the user's address at the time of filing, and is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Supplementary Provision

These Terms take effect on July 30, 2026.
