디자이너스 주식회사 takes your personal information seriously and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws. Below, we explain what information we collect, for what purpose, and how we manage it.

1. Personal Information We Collect

·Collected when you create an account with email: name, email address, password (stored encrypted), mobile number, marketing consent (optional)
·Collected when you order: name, contact number, email address, shipping address, order history
·Collected automatically while you use the service: access logs, browser type, login session cookies
·Card and other payment details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by us.

2. Information Received Through Social Login (Kakao, Naver, Google)

·When you sign up or log in with a social account, we receive the following information from that provider only with your consent on the provider's consent screen.
·Kakao — required: email address (Kakao account), nickname / optional: profile image
·Naver — required: email address / optional: name, mobile number
·Google — email address, name, profile image
·We also receive a unique account identifier from the provider to recognize you on your next login.
·After a first social login, you are asked to confirm your name and mobile number and to agree to our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy before your sign-up is completed.
·We do not receive or store your social account password.
·You can withdraw consent at any time in your Kakao, Naver or Google account settings (connected services). To delete your MOODI MOODI account, contact the Privacy Officer below.

3. Purpose of Use

·Member identification, login and account management (including social login)
·Shipping your order and providing delivery status updates
·Processing payment and settlement
·Auto-filling buyer information at checkout and showing your order history on My Page
·Responding to customer inquiries, including exchanges and refunds
·Preventing fraudulent orders and misuse
·Sending news and offers, only if you agreed to receive marketing messages (optional)

4. Retention Period

·Member information is retained until you delete your account, and is then destroyed without delay.
·In principle, personal information is destroyed without delay once its purpose has been served. However, it is retained for the periods below where required by law.
·Records of contracts or withdrawal of subscription: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
·Records of payment and supply of goods: 5 years (same Act)
·Records of consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years (same Act)
·Access logs: 3 months (Protection of Communications Secrets Act)

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

·MOODI MOODI does not disclose your personal information to third parties.
·Exceptions apply where required by law or requested by an investigative authority through the procedures prescribed by law.

6. Outsourced Processing

·Toss Payments Corp. — payment processing and prevention of payment fraud
·Lotte Global Logistics Co., Ltd. — delivery of ordered items
·Supabase Inc. — member authentication (login) and storage of member and order data (server location: South Korea)
·Vercel Inc. — website hosting (server location: United States)
·Our outsourcing agreements include provisions for the secure handling of personal information, and any change to the outsourced tasks or processor will be disclosed through this policy.

7. Overseas Transfer of Personal Information

·Personal information may be transferred to Vercel Inc. (United States) for website hosting.
·Items transferred: access logs and information transmitted during login and order processing
·Timing and method: transmitted over the network while you use the service
·Purpose: website hosting and service delivery
·Retention period: until the outsourcing agreement ends

8. Your Rights and How to Exercise Them

·You may request to view, correct, delete, or suspend processing of your personal information at any time.
·Contact our Privacy Officer below and we will act on your request without delay.
·We may be unable to delete information we are required by law to retain; if so, we will explain the reason.

9. Destruction of Personal Information

·Personal information is destroyed without delay once the retention period has passed or its purpose has been served.
·Electronic files are deleted using methods that prevent recovery; printed materials are shredded or incinerated.

10. Security Measures

·Access to personal information is limited to the minimum number of authorized personnel.
·Encrypted communication (HTTPS) is applied across the entire website.
·Access to order data is restricted to administrators who have passed a separate authorization check.

11. Cookies and Browser Storage

·Browser storage is used to provide services such as keeping items in your cart.
·Login session cookies are used to keep you signed in; they are removed when you log out.
·You may disable storage in your browser settings, but this may limit certain features, including the cart.

12. Notice of Changes

·If this policy changes, we will announce the change on the store at least 7 days before it takes effect.
