Jeju and remote island addresses incur an additional shipping fee. The amount may vary with the number of items returned.

How to request

1. Contact us below with your order number and the reason for the request.
2. Send the item to the address we provide.
3. Once we've inspected the item, we'll process your exchange or refund.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days of inspection. Card refunds may take a few extra days depending on your card issuer.

When we can't accept a return

• More than 7 days have passed since you received the item
• The item has been worn or washed, reducing its resale value
• Tags or labels have been removed
• The item was damaged through customer mishandling

If the item is defective or doesn't match its description, an exchange or refund is available regardless of the return window above.
